Hi,

I am reviewing the library and trying to adapt some of the shapelib
examples that don't seem to be included in the formal_review
distribution.

Any reason why the latlong.hpp is not included ?

Without the typedefs   the examples are harder to get working

e.g. ring_ll_deg
or area ring
