If all I have is

#define BOOST_USE_WINDOWS_H
#include <boost/interprocess/smart_ptr/shared_ptr.hpp>

I'm getting a whole bunch of compilation errors related to undefined types
like win32_find_data_t, interprocess_filetime, etc.

Anything I could do about this (Windows7, VS2005, VS2008, VS2010, Boost SVN
trunk)?
