I agree. There is no intention to mislead anybody here, we just copied
over the boost logo that came with the boost distribution with the
full intention of putting something there that said "proposed".
Apparently my co-maintainer and I have overlooked this for quite a
while already -- and this the first time we've hosted the
documentation publicly.

I'll note your objection and hopefully I'll be able to correct this
situation soon enough.
