You may discuss your ideas here on this list. The wiki page above is 
meant as a starting point. If you have other suggestions, you are 
welcome to share them, and make a proposal. You may also look through 
the mailing list archive, as we have had a number of discussions about 
how best to approach the topic in the past. Some quite recently (a few 
weeks ago), and some a couple of years ago.
