Why are we accepting *any* libraries that are NSFW?
I'm assuming the only real division is stability of the interface.
However, the moment you classify the libraries into stable/not stable,
the "not stable" ones, now being second class citizens, will never get
enough "real world" experience to improve their interface, since we
are basically telling people they are too risky to use. No amount of
verbiage will change this impression for most people. Ironically, the
"not stable" citizens will end up being stable because of reduced
usage. And if that happens, it could snowball into reducing the
number of people willing to develop a library for Boost.
