Ok, I'll need some time to discover what's happening, install those 
compilers and test the library. I'm afraid GCC 4.5 & MSVC-10.0 should 
work in emulation mode for the moment or mark them as unsupported.

I'm trying to solve all these issues for the upcoming Boost.Move 
candidate review, so I expect to fix this ASAP.
