It is actually weirder than that. The URL should be:

   http://www.boost.org/tools/build/index.html

which should forward to:

  http://www.boost.org/doc/tools/build/v2/index.html

but instead http://www.boost.org/doc/tools/build/index.html appears,
and as a blank page.

Any ideas?
