No it's the Jamfile not working I believe.

I have an ulterior motive here: I copied the quickbook testing logic for 
another tool that's in the sandbox and when I recently came back to it I 
found it was no longer working... so I thought I would just copy the 
quickbook logic again... only to find that it wasn't working either :-(
