All the libraries have redirects for the root location as if they where 
in the regular Boost distribution, i.e. "/libs/<libdir>". Only 
documentation to that effect though is in the web site htaccess file 
<https://svn.boost.org/svn/boost/website/public_html/live/.htaccess>.
