i'd say it's pretty much complete for a review
i looked at it but when i wanted to say a thing about it it turned out
someone else has already said that
anyway making it into boost once you can always make xint 2.0 with
slight improvements (over the previous version)

one more thing: i liked it better when arbitrary sized integer and
fixed integer were distinct classes

good luck with the review!

if you notice a grammar mistake or weird phrasing in my message
please point it out
