To get listed in the main-site changelog, update this file:

http://svn.boost.org/svn/boost/website/public_html/beta/feed/history/boost_1_44_0.qbk

There is still some time left, though. It's just the major code change
deadline on Monday, for documentation updates you have at least another
week to go.
