This is a friendly two-week reminder. If there is no additional
feedback for improving my implementation, then I am formally
requesting that version 0.5.5 be merged into trunk. The patches that
were attached to
http://lists.boost.org/Archives/boost/2010/07/168703.php will also
need to be applied.
