Ah, and when you get full tree, I'd recommend:
as opposed to using whatever version of Boost.Build is in Debian -- it is
Boost list run by bdawes at acm.org, gregod at cs.rpi.edu, cpdaniel at pacbell.net, john at johnmaddock.co.uk
