More file filtering (.pyc too)
Line fitering (for $...$ and copyrights):
\$\w+.*\d+.*$
\s+\([Cc]\)\s+.*\d+

WinMerge upgrade. (2.8 showed files as different when the only diff was
a filtered line.)

I think this is converging on something more meaningful.

Over half are trunk-only: icl, graph, random, test, etc.
