The idea of a Review Manager Assistant role is not to be a rescuer for
libraries whose review managers are missing in action in the first
place.
The proposal intends to accelerate the review process and to make the
life easier both for submitters and for review managers and let people
do the detail work who are willing and motivated anyway (the
submitters of tomorrow).
As for Boost.Move, fortunately Michael Caisse already stepped in as rescuer:

Thank you Michael. It is good to know that there are people that are
able to respond, when others vanish.
Cheers,
Joachim
