Ah, right, sorry.  You've mentioned that before and I keep  
forgetting.  Here's the updated output.

the following macros need to be defined
BOOST_NO_FENV_H

the following macros need to be undef'ed
BOOST_DEDUCED_TYPENAME BOOST_NO_0X_HDR_TYPE_TRAITS BOOST_NO_0X_HDR_ARRAY
