I disagree. There is a personal quarrel between Chad and Mathias that carried over from the Unicode string discussion, which they need to resolve. Otherwise, I think the review has been civil and should continue.
In particular, I don't think the debate between a fully encapsulated class and a division between algorithms and data has been fully argued by both sides. IMO (not being much of a math guy but big on abstractions) this is the most important issue.
