What is the 'TDM' build supposed to mean ? I downloaded MingW/gcc-4.5.2 
from 
http://sourceforge.net/projects/mingw/files/MinGW/BaseSystem/GCC/Version4/gcc-4.5.2-1/ 
. In other words I followed the Download link off of the main MingW web 
page.
