Thanks Rene.

I just realized there are other merges pending, which are related to
renaming an example and to fixing a couple of minor bugs in several of the
Spirit examples. The change sets are rev. 72465, 72467, 72479, and 72561
(see diffs attached).

All changes are trivial and no Boost libraries are affected. Ok to commit
those as well?
