That reminds me that we should be acknowledging RenderX.inc at www.renderx.com for their provision
of XEP which is vital for the production of the very popular PDF versions of many Boost manuals
written in Quickbook, etc.
They get a discrete 'puff' on each page at the very bottom line, but I think they should get a
mention here too.
