I don't think anyone's tried this before.
I suppose you could start with doc/src/boostbook.css.
It would definitely need some adjustments to
work with doxygen's output.  Really, though,
doxygen's default stylesheet looks fine and
it's not like all the Boost documentation has
a consistent look and feel to begin with.
