May I please merge this change:

        https://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/changeset/72883

which unbreaks Boost.Build regression tests. Since Boost.Build tests
are not run unless they are explicitly run, this change has no
potential to break the release. However, it certainly will
make Boost.Build tests look much better than they are now.
