AutoIndex is now in Trunk, there are numerous small improvements based on 
the feedback from the review, so those existing users are encouraged to 
upgrade to the latest and greatest.

I made some changes to the way HTML indexes are produced, so that formatting 
is now handled by the stylesheets, if anyone would like to suggest 
improvements to the CSS I'm sure they'd be most welcome, examples here:
