I test off the Boost trunk and generate my documentation off the Boost
trunk. Maybe it is right to do neither, but I see no reason why I should
not do so.

I am not claiming this is a quickbook problem. Maybe someone changed
unordered detail and broke it. Please don't shoot the messenger of a
problem with Boost trunk code <g>.
