Sorry, I didn't realise there was an agreement. I generated the fusion
documentation and uploaded it to:

http://boost-sandbox.sourceforge.net/libs/fusion/doc/html/index.html

If it looks okay, I'll remove the fusion documentation from trunk and
add a redirect.
