Also, from a C++ committee mailing list post yesterday, "INCITS [aka ANSI]
has started the process to adopt ISO/IEC 14882:2011 [C++11]; early 2012 is a
realistic target date; once the process is complete, the cost of the INCITS
standard will be $30 (USD)."
