What about forcing BOOST_TYPEOF_EMULATION with Sun compiler?
Boost.Chrono adds this to the Jamfile project requirements
<toolset>sun:<define>BOOST_TYPEOF_EMULATION
Maybe I should add it to the config.hpp file in addition to document the
restriction.
