Hi list.

There's a bloke over in the IRC channel that posted a message to the
list last wednesday titled '[Endian] library proposal' which seems to be
stuck somewhere as it hasn't showed up yet.

Is this list still moderated-on-first-post or might there be another
root cause for it not appearing?
