I've taken action and removed "path_test_filesystem2" from the IOStreams test
suite. The test case in "path_test.cpp" now only tests with the new filesystem
functionality.

The corresponding commits are 78191 and 78216 which need to be merged to
release when Boost.Filesystems merges.
