John, I think it will help potential reviewers during the formal review if
you provide a publicly available TODO list or list of planned changes, so
such things aren't needlessly rehashed during the formal review period. If
you want, I can give you (and Christopher) access to my notes on the
pre-review comments (it's a Google document).
