If you're going with boost.atomic, (which I believe you should) then
you'll definitely need to wait as it broke lockfree on MSVC 10. Thing no
Boost list run by bdawes at acm.org, gregod at cs.rpi.edu, cpdaniel at pacbell.net, john at johnmaddock.co.uk
