Some docs of recent updates for Boost.math are missing :-(

(But the new items and corrections are in the main release).

I blame the surprising, nay alarming, number of gold medals won by GB at a Major International
Sporting Event that we have been bombarded with on BBC screens ;-)

PS The 'most recent version' recommended at Sourceforge site is stuck at 1.47.
