This is actually a really good question. I'm not sure it could be done for
all libraries (Interprocess for example), but certainly a lot of the
libraries that don't currently compile could probably be 'ported' (as lots
of the APIs that were removed from WinRT have counterparts that are
basically the same thing, but slightly newer versions with different
params).
