Boost  Usage:    filesystem, multi-array, smart pointer, date time, iterators, optional, program options, property tree, regex, test, tokenizer, type traits, uBlas. These boost libraries were used extensively in the core program functionality to make a cross-platform library that would allow a thin platform specific GUI to control all basic functionality.
