The subversion account request (done in this thread) seems to have failed to
catch moderators' eyes.
So, let's follow the official procedure for the svn write access request,
as Glen suggested:

Boost.Range uses "closing at commit time" (though I prefer "closing at
merge time"
since it is sometimes useful to prevent forgetting to merge).
