Not much discussion, but...

...Work in progress. You can experiment with the CMake port today
(https://github.com/ryppl/boost-zero). Some tests still need to be
ported to CMake. To automatically fetch dependencies, you'll want
ryppl, which needs some work but is mostly functional.
