Just copy what I did for Boost.IOStreams:
(the tag rule is inherited from Jamroot)
Everything inside Boost needs to be consistent
Boost list run by bdawes at acm.org, gregod at cs.rpi.edu, cpdaniel at pacbell.net, john at johnmaddock.co.uk
