[boost] GSoC 2013 : Boost.uBLAS

I am interested in this project for Gsoc, which involves unification of
vector and matrix libraries. I have been browsing boost ublas code, but
have no idea about how should I begin as I am totally new to Boost.

Can Someone please guide me some approach for getting started in this
project.
