Thanks, although BOOST_ARCH_X86_64 description still says "Intel
IA-64<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ia64>architecture.". It should
probably be "Intel64/AMD64 architecture." and
link to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intel64.
