TTI should be in 1.54. I have followed through on the suggestions made 
during the review, updated the doc, tested sucessfully against clang, 
gcc, vc++, and the latest three releases of icc ( 12.1, 13.0, and 13.1 
), and complied with the what I have to do to get it ready for 1.54 as 
mentioned by Daniel James. I still have some work I would like to do 
between today and Monday to see if I can get TTI to work with earlier 
versions of icc ( it fails detecting nested templates ) and with Sun C++ 
on Linux.
