It probably would be best posted there to trac. Mailing list threads
are easily forgotten. A trac ticket might be dealt with eventually.
FWIW The copyright information on the main page is pretty accurate.
David Abrahams made a small change for C++11, but that's about it, it
has barely changed in years. As far as I'm aware, it's fine for the
copyright details to be for the date the page was created, even if
there's new content within it.
