Even in Boost, as of 1.53.0, shared_ptr<T[]> is a better alternative than
shared_array<T>. We just need to get Boost's shared_ptr<T[]> and
shared_ptr<T[N]> to be part of the future standard (instead of adding
shared_array to the future standard).
