Note that I'll be advocating for increasing the SunPro requirement to ==
0x570 so that the BOOST_NO_SFINAE and
BOOST_NO_ARRAY_TYPE_SPECIALIZATIONS macros can be removed. That's for a
future thread of discussion, but I wanted to point it out.
