Yep. Sorry, I wrote that for Vladimir without realizing that somebody else
who wasn't familiar with the whole MinGW/MSYS story might read it.

The MinGW instructions on my page, plus the MSYS instructions near the
bottom, plus the additional clarification in the mail you were looking at,
should be straightforward.

I suppose there's one more thing to mention - MSYS is always 32-bit (and it
need not match the bitness of MinGW). Ignore the fact that my MSYS zip is
versioned as 10.4 - that's simply the last time I had to update it.
