I managed to get a change in during that period, as did others. The
problem was present in the beta release, which was about a month ago,
so there was time to deal with it.

The list only includes testers that were available at the time of the
beta release. Visual C++ 12 was added quite late in the release cycle,
and initial test runs were not very regular.
