I'm still awaiting push privileges for Boost.Utility, but locally, I've 
already taken care of the divergencies between the develop and master 
branches and created the necessary merge points, so I'm announcing this here 
to prevent duplication of work, if someone else also decides to do the same 
in the meantime.
