There is already a tag 'converted-develop' which points to pristine results of conversions, and you
can do 'git log converted-develop' to examine earlier history. Note that this will only
be necessary if you want to examine engine commits made before 2010-07, not any of interpreted code
changes - which are present all the way back. Will that work?
