I've been communicating with John Fletcher recently and he is interested
in carrying on with the maintenance of Phoenix. Before I pass on the
torch, I'd like to know if Thomas (the current maintainer) is OK with it.
Thomas? I'd also take this opportunity to ask anyone else interested.
