a) Is the document explaining our testing setup?

b) What development branch testing tests? 

I think this is the major question. In my opinion we should test development 
branch of each library against master branch of all other libs. Is this the 
case now?

c) Is the plan for custom/"on demand" testing? 

So that one can request testing of develop branch against develop branch of 
other libs or some feature/hotfix branch against master branch of other libs?
