I didn't finish the proposal yet, but I made several assorted
improvements today. Now the proposal isn't terribly vague compared to
how it was before, but there are still lots of improvements to do.
Github'll even help you with a nice interface comparing the changes (and
still offer the possibility to nicely render the MarkDown files):
